Further to its news release dated July 23, 2014, GTO Resources Inc.'s common shares will not be delisted from trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, pending a full review by the TSX-V of the company's change of business transaction and associated matters.

Additional information with respect to the proposed delisting of the shares from the TSX-V will be provided in due course once available.
