Actress Kate Hudson admits she was far more extravagant the first time around as a mum when it came to birthdays.
Speaking on US telly, mum-of-two Kate, 35 , says: “I have a three-year-old, Bing, and Ryder is 10. He’s a little man. He’s really patient and Bing just terrorises him. Bing is like a force of nature, he elbows Ryder in the eye.
“I remember Ryder’s first birthday, I got a petting zoo, with bunnies and, for some reason, a llama.
“It was raining and so I just said, it’s his first birthday, so I brought all the animals into my kitchen. It was the greatest party ever. What you do for your first child.
“And then Bing, you’re like let’s get the cake, let’s go to the grocery store. You just get a bunch of doughnuts and just put a card coming out of it.”
Charming.
But despite being a great mum at home, the star still manages to dazzle us like ever on the red carpet.
The blonde bombshell recently blew you all out of the water when she arrived at the Wish I Was Here screening in New York City.
Kate looked sensational in an elegant strapless black gown with a cut-out panel below the bust.
She showed off her toned tum and arms in the divine creation, which she teamed with a pair of Aruna Seth dog-tooth heels.
