The entire music album of the Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra starrer Daawat-E-Ishq was released simultaneously with the video of the title song, online last week. The six track album, with songs composed by Sajid – Wajid and lyrics penned by Kausar Munir, was uploaded in the form of a jukebox on the official YouTube channel of YRF, apart from streaming links on Gaana, Saavn and Hungama. The album was first revealed online and it was only a few days after the release that the CDs and MP3s were launched in the retail market.

 

Miss Lovely on home video

Ashim Ahluwalia’s National Award winning film Miss Lovely has been released on NFDC’s (National Film Development Corporation) DVD and Video-On-Demand platforms under the organisation’s distribution brand, Cinemas of India. The film starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Niharika Singh will be the first to be released by NFDC on both platforms outside of its own catalogue of 300+ films. The DVDs are priced at Rs. 299/-, while the Video-on-Demand will be available for streaming in India and subcontinent regions — Nepal and Bhutan for $ 1.99 (pay-per-view).
