CRIMINAL Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operatives of the Philippine National Police (PNP) unearthed on Wednesday afternoon some P15 million worth of substandard construction materials in a remote village in Tacloban City that was devastated by Super Typhoon Yolanda last year.
