Performing in Vadodara is always a pleasure: Savitha Sastry

Bharatnatyam artist Savitha Sastry, referred to as ���dancing storyteller��� by critics and audiences, has virtually constructed a renaissance of the ancient art form with her experiments. And the artist, who has used techniques of Bharatnatyam to showcase theme based productions based on novel stories, says that she has a soft corner for Vadodara. Says Sastry, ���I had a great experience in Vadodara when I performed our production, Yudh-Three Perspectives, One Truth, there.And before that also, I had performed at the Sayajibaug amphitheatre. It���s always a pleasure to perform in Vadodara, and it���s with good reason that it���s called the cultural capital of Gujarat. It is always a pleasure to have such knowledgeable audiences.���
