Liberman blasts UNHCR over Gaza inquiry, charges body supports terrorism

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman condemned the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) on Wednesday for its decision to launch an international inquiry into possible violations it said Israel may have committed in the IDF's ongoing operation in Gaza.
"The Human Rights Council long ago turned into a terrorists rights council," Liberman charged.
He added that Israel would continue its campaign to fight Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip and what he said were "anti-Semitic groups" such as the UNHRC.
"When countries like Cuba and Venezuela, that don't know the concept of human rights, are voting against us [Israel] - it's a sign that we are doing things right."
