Keystone Repertory Theater (KRT), IUP's summer theater, is proud to present SWEENEY TODD the Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Attend the tale of SWEENEY TODD, the bloodthirsty musical about a wrongfully imprisoned barber who returns to London ready to seek revenge on those who took everything he loved away from him. With an epic score by Stephen Sondheim and a terrifying book by Hugh Wheeler, this thrilling and wildly popular story will delight horror fans. Directed by KRT Artistic Director Nick Hrutkay (IUP '11), who was at the helm of KRT's other bloody productions MACBETH, EVIL DEAD and BAT BOY.

The cast, made up of nine students and alumni of IUP, will perform at The Indiana Theater, on Philadelphia Street in Indiana, PA.

SWEENEY TODD plays July 31-August 2 at 8pm and August 3 at 2pm.

Tickets for all shows will be available on iuptickets.com and at the Hub Box Office located in the Hadley Union Building on the IUP Campus. More information can be found online at iup.edu/theater/krt and on Facebook, under Keystone Repertory Theater.

KRT is under the direction of IUP Alumnus, Nick Hrutkay, Artistic Director, and longtime resident of Indiana, Cheryl Randal, as Managing Director. It is based out of Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Department of Theater and Dance and funded, in part, by the Student Cooperative Association.
