US Capital Partners announced the recent addition of two new bankers to its team: J. Alfred Ritter and Renee A. Volaric.

Ritter, who was named vice president and is based in San Francisco, will be responsible at US Capital Partners for all aspects of the firm’s debt and equity business development, advisory services, client negotiations, and relationship management.

Prior to joining US Capital Partners, Ritter was a managing director at Columbia Capital Advisors and at Columbia Capital Securities. He also served as a managing director at Angeles Capital Group, where he was an investment banker providing strategic advisory services, private placements, and M&A advisory services. Prior to this, Ritter held senior executive, business development, and financial analyst positions with firms in the specialty retail, media and entertainment, and manufacturing and logistics industries.

Volaric, who was named vice president and is based in New York City, shares similar responsibilities at US Capital Partners to Ritter. She brings over 17 years of experience in the financial services arena to US Capital Partners, having previously held senior positions at several leading investment firms.

Prior to joining US Capital Partners, Volaric served as a director at RB Milestone Group and also at Ernst Capital Partners, where she was responsible for assisting foreign public companies within the natural resources and alternative energy sectors in achieving an active US Exchange listing. Prior to that, Volaric worked as director of Institutional Sales at Lord Abbett & Co. and was marketing manager at Dalton, Greiner, Hartman & Maher.
