BRIEF: Police: Man took money, didn't complete home improvement work [The Times-Tribune, Scranton, Pa. :: ](Times-Tribune (Scranton, PA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) July 22--A city man took money from eight elderly people for home improvement work and never performed the services, Lackawanna County District Attorney Andy Jarbola said. Joseph Senese, 34, is charged with home improvement fraud, deceptive business practices and theft by deception. The county district attorney's office believes there may be more victims.
