Support Services for Aruba Equipment & Software [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Tenders are invited for ?Support Services for Aruba Equipment & Software The Information Technology Department intends to establish an ongoing contract for both onsite and remote support services, including cross-training and installation support, for Aruba equipment and software such as Airwave, Clear Pass, and Policy Enforcement. Support will be requested by the Project Manager or designee on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the Contract. Following are examples of two (2) potential future projects for which the IT Department may request consulting services. These project descriptions are provided only as examples of the type of services, with no guarantee that the exact projects will be done. 4.2.1 Example 1: Stand-alone WIFI system with seven (7) access points (APs) with outdoor antenna to cover a parking lot for wireless offloading of video data 4.2.2 Example 2: Replace fifty (50) APs citywide with new 802.11AC Aruba APs (purchased separately) that are centrally managed by an Aruba 7210 controller with Airwave for troubleshooting and a public System Identification Number (SID) with expiring access. ClearPass may also be used for posture assessment to allow devices onto the wireless network. The fifty (50) APs would be distributed across twenty (20) or more different City facilities with the majority being located in five (5) primary facilities. 4.3 Pricing Pricing is requested as firm-fixed hourly rates for onsite support and for remote support. Hourly rates shall be inclusive of all travel, mileage, insurance, gas, labor, administrative costs, equipment, overhead and all other expenses necessary to provide support services according to normal industry standards and the Scope of Services described herein, exclusive of all taxes. No additional line items shall be allowed on invoices. 4.4 Silence of Specifications Commercially accepted practices shall apply to any detail not covered in this specification and to any omission of this specification. Any omission or question of interpretation of the specification that affects the performance or integrity of the service being offered shall be addressed in writing and submitted with the Proposal. 4.5 All work performed shall conform to industry standards.
