Californians pressed by politicians to turn off the water and keep from spraying down their lawns have found a new way to keep their grass green: paint.
Kerri McCoy, commercial lawn painter, described business as booming, due to the declared drought and the rising number of fines imposed by state regulators for undue water use, Breitbart reported.
“As soon as the water sanctions hit, and as soon as people find their water bills rising, they’re looking for ways to cut back on their expenses, and that’s when they start calling,” Ms. McCoy said, in Breitbart.
She also said the paint is environmentally friendly and lasts about three months.
