Alitalia stakeholders Poste Italiane, Unicredit 'on board' [ANSA](ANSA Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) (ANSA) - Rome, July 22 - Alitalia investors Poste Italiane and Unicredit bank said Tuesday they approve terms of a deal for Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways to acquire a 49% stake in the Italian flag carrier. The board of directors of the State-owned postal operator said it "agrees with the industrial plan" for Alitalia. "I believe Poste has said it is on board," Transport Minister Maurizio Lupi commented. "Everything asked of us has been negotiated and is on the table.
