ISLAMABAD- Ambassador of Argentina Republic, .Rodolfo J. Martin Saravia donated several boxes of “water purification tablets” with the purpose to reduce suffering of the huge number of people who have been involuntarily displaced from the North Waziristan.
These tables are meant to purify two million liters of water. This event was organized by the Ambassador of Argentina, H.E. Mr. Rodolfo J. Martin Saravia, with the Chairman Poverty Alliance, Irshad Ullah Khan.

The said donation was sent by the Argentina Government through International Humanitarian Organization “White Helmets,” which is one of the big social welfare organizations of Argentina, participates in natural or man-made disasters and socio-economic crises, employing volunteer work and managing international financial support.

The Government of Argentina with the support of said organization and with the participation of Argentina Embassy wanted to assure that we were and would be always present to assist, help and to comfort the Pakistani people.


The Ambassador appreciated the efforts put by the Government of Pakistan which is not only committed to reduce the sufferings of the displaced people but also exerting efforts to assure their safe return to their homes as soon as possible.

The Ambassador, Mr. Rodolfo J. Martin Saravia, on behalf of the Government and people of Argentina, wished a peaceful future and a sustainable long-term development in Pakistan with the blessings of God.
