Man charged after shots fired in Middlesbrough

A man has been charged after shots were fired in Middlesbrough.

He was one of two 19-year-old men arrested following an incident at a property in Eglington Road, Grangetown on Friday afternoon. No-one was injured.

Police have charged the man with three firearms offences and he will appear before magistrates later.

A third man, aged 27, has also been arrested in connection with the shooting and is awaiting questioning.
