Alka Kaushal, Shubhangi Gokhale & Rajendra Chawla in DJ's A Creative Unit's show

DJ A Creative Unit is busy roping in popular names for their new show Banaras Ka Bunty on Sony Entertainment Television.
After roping in Khanwar Dhillon as the male lead, the production house has now finalised known actors like Shubhangi Gokhale of Lapataganj fame and Rajendra Chawla, last seen in Sanskaar- Dharohar Apno Ki for the new show. Apart from them, we also hear that actress Alka Kaushal of Qubool Hai fame has also been roped in for Banaras Ka Bunty.

Sources inform that Shubhangi and Rajendra Chawla will play Khanwar's parents on the show. Shubhangi's character will be very different from her role in Lapataganj. She will play the character of a positive and light-hearted mother. The shooting of the show is expected to start from the mid-week of August 2014.
When contacted, Shubhangi confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I am doing the show and it's a really nice character. I will start shooting for the show once Lapataganj- Ek Baar Phirgoes off-air."
