The 'Lai Bhaari' director Nishikant Kamat played one of the protagonists in Sanjay Surkar's one of the most talked about directorial venture 'Saatchya Aat Gharat'.
Known for direction expertise in films like 'Dombivli Fast' and Bollywood films like 'Mumbai Meri Jaan' and 'Force', Nishikant Kamat played the role of a college student in the film 'Saatchya Aat Gharat' whose girlfriend gets raped. Nishikant was extremely convincing in the role of a loser boy who goes in complete depression for not being able to save his girlfriend nor could he accept her after the incident.
