Jude Anthony faces fan’s ire over his comment on Velaiyilla Pattathari

The controversial update by director Jude Antony Joseph invites the ire of a section of the public about the latest release Velaiyilla pattathari, is the new talk of the town. The director felt that Dhanush starrer fails to rise above expectation and wrote on his social networking page “It’s not VIP, it's RIP. Sometimes reviews can get you in trouble.” But right after the moment, the post was updated; a volley of comments abusing the director has followed, ridiculing for such a review.
Later Jude posted an explanation on his previous post saying that his comment was against the movie, not against the actor. “Dhanush is a great actor and I respect him for his performance. I just said I didn't like the movie VIP. I donno why some guys called fans misusing my statement and spreading hatred, “he said. However, it seems the explanation has failed to pacify the actor’s fans.
