Samsung names Exo its envoy to Youth Olympics in China
Samsung Electronics has appointed popular Korean boy group Exo as its brand ambassadors for the upcoming Youth Olympic Games in China, the company said yesterday.Samsung is an Olympic partner and has provided wireless communications equipment for the sporting events.
“We are pleased to announce the global icon Exo as our brand ambassadors as part of our efforts to reach out to young fans and create a festive atmosphere for the Youth Olympic Games with music and sports,” said Lee Young-hee, executive vice president of mobile marketing, IT & Mobile Division at Samsung Electronics. The Youth Olympics will begin in Nanjing on Aug. 16
