Karachi: Political parties exchange fire in Jinnah Hospital, kill child

Karachi- An admitted child lost his life when two armed political party workers exchanged fire in Karachi’s Jinnah hospital.
An exchange of fire between workers of two rival parties outside Karachi’s Jinnah hospital panicked doctors, patients and attendants alike and an admitted child lost his life for not receiving due medical aid in time.
The fight started outside the hospital with a minor scuffle with the security guard of the hospital which turned into a political party conflict.
After the incident, some unidentified men resorted to aerial firing outside the facility. Resulting panic and disruption led to the death of a minor in hospital’s children ward as the child could not get necessary medical aid in time. Police and Rangers reached the spot but arrested none while the armed men managed to flee. Police found nine bullets from the spot while strangely security guards of Jinnah hospital too are on the run.
