Bank of Maharashtra is recruiting for the post of Company Secretary.
Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) invited application for recruitment of Company Secretary Post. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 28 July 2014.

Pay scale: Rs 36200-1000/2-38200-1100/2-40400
Eligibility criteria:
The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and must have scored minimum 55 per cent marks in the same. The candidate should also be an Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) with Computer Literacy.
The age of the candidate should not be more than 45 years of age.
Selection process:
The candidate will be selected for recruitment to the advertised post on the basis of his or her performance in the interview.
Candidates short-listed for the interview will be notified by e-mail/SMS.
