Blocking the roads leading to Ramazan bazaars, the Tehsil Municipal Administration staff went on strike and held protest over the death of a worker due to hear failure.
They alleged that a local politician was responsible for his death. The demonstrators staged demonstration outside the TMA office. Sanitary supervisor Zafar died of heart failure. The staff alleged that the deceased had suffered intense mental pressure from a local political leader and lost his life. They demanded that the high-ups should take notice of the incident. The protestors dispersed on the assurance given by the administrator TMA Sargodha to probe the issue.
