JAMMU, July 16: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice M M Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan today directed that any admission will be subject to the result of Public Interest Litigation challenging Reservation Rules of 2005.
After hearing Advocate K S Parihar appearing for the petitioner, the DB ordered that the application seeking directions to the respondents against admitting any student belonging to reserved categories in excess of quota, be listed along with the main case.
The DB directed the Registry to list the matter for final hearing on August 4 as the pleadings have been completed.
