The traditional system of medicines under AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Sidha-Sowa and the Homeopathy) is indeed time tested safe and far away from any side effects. Promotion of AYUSH at grass-root level is the need of the time. AYUSH requires to be given new orientation and exposure for revival of traditional system of medicine cheapness of treatment under the system, as advocated, would enable the poor masses to escape from unbearable expenditures involved in treatment of various diseases due to sky-touching prices. Since, the system (AYUSH) already stands introduced at Distt. level hospitals in the State, its continuation at grass-root level atleast in Sub divisional hospitals/CHCs (Community Health centres) is of paramount necessity. The authorities are therefore, prayed to immediately introduce this system at Sunderbani (SDH) for mitigation of the sufferings, the masses suffer here.
