Ennu Ninte Moideen unfolds in the first person account of Kanchanamala
We have had many Mollywood films revolving around love stories.
However, what makes R S Vimal’s Ennu Ninte Moideen special is that its leading lady Kanchanamala is still alive, in addition to it being a real story, says Prithviraj. The actor, who plays Kanchanamala’s love Moideen in the film, added that while no one can predict a movie’s success or failure, he is sure about the quality film that Ennu Ninte Moideen will be.
The actor also revealed that the period film progresses in the first person account of Kanchanamala. “What Kanchana chechi told the film’s director Vimal during their interaction is the foundation of this film. When Vimal brought this story to me, I told him that it would be very easy to present the movie as a parallel film. But what we can do best for Moideen and Kanchana chechi is to make it a movie that scores of people go and watch in theatres. The film’s mission is that people of Kerala should learn and understand about Kanchana and Moideen,” the
actor said.
