SAGITTARIUS ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Sagittarius Capital Corp. has appointed Brian Presement as the new chief executive officer of the company.

The appointment follows the resignation of Robin Sundstrom as president, chief executive officer and a board member of the company, effective July 11, 2014, in order to pursue other business interests.

Sagittarius and its board would like to thank Ms. Sundstrom for her contributions to the company, and wish her the very best in her future endeavours.
