MB Reader Snaps Mahindra Maxximo Facelift for the First Time

Mahindra is caught testing their Maxximo Plus LCV facelift by one of our reader Shakthi Vadivel in Chennai for the first time. This is in addition to the new P601 LCV the company is preparing for our commercial market.

These pics come barely a few months after the Maxximo Minivan was snapped with a similar camouflage at the front. It must be remembered that Tata has very recently facelifted their Ace range which are a direct competition to Mahindra’s Maxximo range.

Going by the spy pics we have the headlamps, front grille and/or the front bumper are expected to go through a redesign to make it look more modern and upto the times. We also see the mule carrying jerry cans hinting at some load capability testing. This may mean Mahindra may carry out some tweaks to the existing engine. A refreshment to the interiors is also something which can be expected.

We are unsure what time frame is Mahindra targeting to launch it in India but, going by the competition, we feel it may be sooner.
