Barely four months after its launch, horror-comedy Pritam, Pyare Aur Woh featuring Siddharth Sagar and Prasad Barve, is set to bid adieu to its viewers.

Barely four months after its launch, horror-comedy Pritam, Pyare Aur Woh featuring Siddharth Sagar and Prasad Barve, is set to bid adieu to its viewers.
The show, which was launched in March, will breathe its last on August 1. Says a source, “The show failed to generate sustainable ratings and hence the decision to pull the plug on it. The last day of shoot is July 19. The cast and the crew have been informed of the same.” Producer Vipul D Shah didn’t revert to our text message.

Other recent shows which ended in less than six months:
Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi The show (Sep 2013-Jan 2014), which marked the return of actress Gautami Gadgil Kapoor to the tube after a long break, wrapped up in four months.
Tota Weds Maina The show featuring Kavita Kaushik lasted for barely three months from January to April, 2013. Low ratings were blamed for its abrupt ending.

Bh Se Bhade The show that revolved around 55-year-old Bhadrakant Devilal Bhade, played by Deven Bhojani, was launched in October, 2013 and ended in February, 2014, barely lasting for four months.

Hum Aapke Hain In Laws The show could survive only four months. Featuring Karan V Grover and Pooja Pihal as the lead couple, it was launched in January, 2013 and ended in June the same year.
Mrs Pammi Pyarelal It featured actor Gaurav Gera, who cross-dresses to hide his identity. The show, which launched in July, 2013, ended in three months because of its poor run.
Chhanchhan The show featuring Sanaya Irani and Anuj Sachdeva went off air in six months. The family drama was launched in March, 2013 and ended in September, 2013.
