Kashmir, July 14 (ANI): Being the land of natural beauty, Kashmir is also famous for its culture and religious influences, which has given birth to an ethos that celebrates seamless co-existence. The Kashmiri society has been a microcosm, reflecting the essence of this beautiful synthesis. This cultural ethos is known as Kashmiriyat. The temple of Mata Katyayni in Kulgam reflects this essence of ethos which is still being kept alive in the region. Recently a 'mahayagna' or fire ritual was organised in the shrine where both Hindus as well as Muslims participated enthusiastically.
