FC Augsburg have signed Shawn Parker from Mainz and Caiuby from Ingolstadt as they strengthen for the Bundesliga season.
Parker, a Germany Under-21 striker, moves to the club who finished in eighth place, one below and one point behind the one he leaves, in 2013-14.
The 21-year-old, whose only goal of last season came in a defeat by champions Bayern Munich, moves for a fee of £1.2m.
Augsburg general manager Stefan Reuter said: "We are delighted to have signed a current Germany U21 international forward in Shawn Parker, he will strengthen our team up front as we are sure he is a perfect fit."
Brazilian forward Caiuby, 25, leaves Bundesliga 2 side Ingolstadt for £800,000 after scoring 21 goals in three years.
Reuter, who guided Augsburg to their highest-ever finish last term, added: “We have monitored the progress of Caiuby for quite some time and we feel confident he will be a boost for our first-team squad."
