When rain made Dev wait for a year to shoot!
Rajib can���t stop praising his hero, Dev and contemporary, Raj Chakarabarty. He recently shot at the same film studio, where Raj was directing Dev-starrer Yoddha.
Rajib can���t stop praising his hero, Dev and contemporary, Raj Chakarabarty. He recently shot at the same film studio, where Raj was directing Dev-starrer Yoddha.
The actor-director duo was gracious enough to accommodate Rajib, who was left to shoot a portion of his movie, Bindaas.
���I had to shoot a sequence with Dev and requested Raj to adjust his schedule; he agreed. We were supposed to shoot in the paddy fields last June but it got cancelled due to heavy downpour.And I had to wait for one whole year,��� says the director.
Rajib, who is working with the now-MP after a year, says Dev has matured as an actor. ���In the mornings, he would dress up as the knight in shining armour and in the latter half of the day, he would change into dhoti-photua and tie a gamcha around his head. He would transform as a person within minutes,��� said Rajib.
Another buzz doing the rounds is that Rajib is all set to direct a sequel to Amanush with Soham. ���Well, it might be Amanush 2, but I am not too sure. But yes, Soham will play the lead in my next. We are yet to lock the heroine,��� informed the director.

Dev, on his part, is happy doing a balancing act. ���My characters in Rajib and Raj���s films are diametrically opposite. I am glad I could juggle the two roles with ease,��� said the actor.
