Prakash Rai, Samyukta Hornad off to the US

Actors Prakash Rai and Samyukta Hornad are going places. Their recent trilingual — Oggarane in Kannada, Un Samayal Arayil in Tamil and Ulavacharu Biryani in Telugu — which is the remake of the Malayalam hit Salt N Pepper, was declared a hit. The movie was slow in the first week, but picked up an impressive pace from the second week onwards. Oggarane is still being screened in theatres across Bangalore, and is said to be doing fairly well even a month after its release.
Now, Prakash and his team have more to cheer about. Sources have revealed that Oggarane will soon be released in several international destinations such as USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, Dubai, London, Oman, Singapore and Japan.
Prakash had taken a much-deserved break after the release of the film. He flew out to Plymouth, UK, where he spent some quality time with his daughter. The actor’s daughter studies at the Plymouth University.
