Hearing in Siddique Hasan talab encroachment case on August 8

BHOPAL: The next hearing in Siddique Hasan Talab encroachment case will take place on August 8. Jabalpur double bench comprising Chief Justice A M Khanwilkar has asked urban administration department to present status regarding cancelling of nine building permissions as written to them by BMC. Among the nine, only LBS Hospital has got a stay from the Supreme Court.Besides, around 20 interveners have approached the MPHC in this regard. BMC and government have been asked to make available the case number so that they can reply to the interveners regarding their objections.
