The ACMA has formally warned Dodo Services Pty Ltd (Dodo) about its non-compliance with the Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code after the ACMA found that Dodo had failed to send data usage alerts to 3,300 and 2,000 of its fixed broadband customers in October 2013 and November 2013 respectively.

This issue was the only one identified during the ACMA's audit of usage alert requirements of seven large and medium telecommunications service providers. The requirements were introduced in September 2013.
