Two mock dera head on social media, booked

Barnala/MOGA: Police, on Friday, registered cases against two persons from Mehal Kalan and Chuhar Chak village in Barnala and Moga for using abusive language against Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh on social media.
Mehal Kalan police registered a case under section 295 (hurting religious sentiments) against Gagandeep Singh for uploading abusive words against Ram Rahim Singh. Gurcharan Singh of the same place approached the police and demanded stern action.Bagha Purana police also registered a case under the same section against Lakha Singh of Chuhar Chak village for uploading an objectionable video against Ram Rahim Singh on social networking site, Facebook. The Dera Sacha Sauda Sangat had complained against this.
The dera head is also facing a case for hurting religious sentiments of Sikhs in 2007 when he dressed like Guru Gobind Singh.
