My wife purchased a Z10 for R3000 from Edgars in March. A week after the original sale she handed the phone back to Edgars due to the phone heating up and switching off.
4 months later the phone is dead!!! It is as if no power is running through the phone. my Wife handed the phone to Edgars two weeks ago for repairs. The consultant took the phone filled in some information in a book by hand asked my wife to sign and off it go.
A week after it was booked in, we needed to go into the branch to find out what is happening. No one from Edgars nor MTN had any decency to phone my wife telling her that the phone was received and will be checked or nothing!!!!
Yesterday Edgars Tygervalley phones my wife telling her MTN refuse to repair the phone due to some seals which is brokem!!! What seals. When my wife booked in that phone no one checked that phone to confirm the seals are in tack.
I demand that my wife get a workable Z10 by 5pm TODAY!! I DO NOT CARE WHOS AT FAULT BETWEEN MTN AND EDGARS, BUT THE DAY WE HANDED THAT PHONE IN THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH ANY SEALS!!! THE CONDITION OF THAT PHONE IS THE WAY HOW IT WAS THE DAY MY WIFE RECEIVED THE PHONE!!
