Fergie’s husband, actor and ex-model Josh Duhamel was recently seen stopping for gas and a coffee in Brentwood, California. The 41-year old daddy was driving a Jeep Wrangler finished in grey, which makes us wonder if he left his racing dreams behind for the sake of the family.
You know him from the Transformers movies and you’ve probably seen him along Stacy Ann “Fergie” Ferguson, better known as Black Eyed Peas’ lead singer. Although he got famous recently, he has been involved with different roles for a long time.
He first achieved an acting role as Leo du Pres on ABC’s All My Children and later as the chief of security, Danny McCoy, on NBC’s Las Vegas. As to his movie career, besides playing one of the main protagonists in the first three films, Duhamel also starred in romance films including When in Rome, Life as We Know It, and Save Heaven.
The actor is also an race fan. Even though he never got to participate in one of the big competitions, Duhamel was the official pace car driver for the 2009 Indianapolis 500 driving the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro Pace Car. However, his passion for fast cars is not that obvious considering he usually is seen driving big rides, like the Jeep he was seen with a couple a days ago.
When their not going for the grey off-roader, Josh and Fergie also ride in a Cadillac Escalade. Well, it’s hard to say which cars they prefer, but considering they are a family since last year, when their first son Axl Jack Duhamel was born, it makes sense to drive bigger and safer ones.
