Mr. Mike Veldhuis reports

RED ROCK NAMES NEW PRESIDENT

Red Rock Capital Corp.'s president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and corporate secretary, Dennis Mee, has resigned. In place of Mr. Mee, the board of directors has appointed Mike Veldhuis to hold the offices formerly held by Mr. Mee.

The company thanks Mr. Mee for his contributions to the company and wishes him success with his future endeavours.

Mr. Veldhuis received a master of arts in economics from McGill University and a bachelor of arts in economics from Simon Fraser University. Mr. Veldhuis has served as president of RPC Strategies Inc. since April, 2006. Mr. Veldhuis has been a director of Aroway Energy Inc. since Oct. 5, 2010, and a director of Upton Capital Corp., a mortgage investment corporation, since March, 2006.
