West Africa: Gambian Lawmaker Returns From Legislative Strategic Management Seminar in U.S

Honorable Ablie Suku Singhateh, the National Assembly member for Lower Badibou Constituency has recently returned home after attending a weeklong seminar on 'Advance Legislative Strategic Planning and Management', at the International Law Institute (ILI), in Washington DC, USA.

Honorable Ablie Suku Singhateh, who is also the Alliance for Patriotic Re-orientation and Construction's (APRC) desk officer for North Bank Region (NBR) and the president of the Gambian ECOWAS Parliamentarian of Economic Policy in the ECOWAS Parliament, said before he attended the seminar in US, he had attended the extraordinary session of the ECOWAS parliament in Abuja, Nigeria. Speaking to this reporter shortly after his return, Hon: Ablie Suku Singhateh thanked the speaker of the ECOWAS parliament for his nomination and Chairman Governing Council of National Institute for Legislative Studies (NILS) to attend an International programme for ECOWAS parliamentarians.
