Idea Bank, the new tenant of Hermes Business Campus
Romanian International Bank, recently purchased by Polish financial group Getin Holding rebranded as Idea Bank and moved to 3.500 sqm leased space within Hermes Business Campus, the office building owned by Belgian Atenor.

Idea Bank has approximate 300 employees and, in the new office, the bank will operate both the central departments as well as the debt collector GetBack Recovery, on two floors of the building.
Recently, another company has been announced to have leased within the Northern Bucharest-located office building, respectively Xerox Romania. The company has leased the second floor of the building in Pipera following a contract of seven years, the company announced. The new headquarters will host a team of 100 employees across all departments, from sales and customer relations to support operations.
In April this year, Colliers International has been appointed property manager of Hermes Business Campus, the 78,000-sqm A-class business park developed by Atenor Group in Bucharest.
This is the largest office project under the management of Colliers International in Romania. Located in the middle of Bucharest new business district, on Dimitrie Pompei Boulevard and close to Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard, the Hermes Business Campus comprises three office buildings with a total of 78,000 sqm GLA. Addressing the growing demand for quality office space in the north of the capital, the project is being planned and developed in consecutive phases, with the first building to be delivered in March 2014 and construction of a second building to start immediately afterwards.
Upon its completion, the first building of Hermes BC will host renowned corporate and institutional tenants such as Xerox, the Dutch Embassy in Bucharest, Grupul Editorial Litera, Fribourg Capital, Bunt Studio and Universal Online Promotion. As property manager, Colliers is responsible for tenant management, sourcing, controlling the operational budget, maintaining and improving the overall performance of the assets, as well as financial services and reporting.
In three years of activity on the Romanian market, the team has represented major clients such as Allianz Tiriac, ING Lease, General Electric, Helios Phoenix and, recently, Atenor Group, with 120,000 sqm GLA under management to date.
