he Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said on Sunday that it had completed its investigation into Yohan Yap, an employee of property firm PT Bukit Jonggol Asri (BJA), who allegedly paid a bribe to Bogor Regent Rahmat Yasin to secure a permit to construct luxury housing in a protected forest in Bogor.
'Today, the KPK completed the dossier on YY with regard to the Bogor case. It is expected that within the next 14 days he will stand trial in the case,' KPK spokesman Johan Budi said on Sunday, referring to Yohan by his initials.
While the KPK has also arrested Yasin in the case, his dossier is still being completed by the antigraft body.
'We expect YY's trial to reveal more information about more possible suspects in the case,' Johan added.
