Kavita Kaushik meets with an accident in Thailand

Kavita Kaushik aka Chandramukhi Chautala met with an accident while jet skiing in Thailand. The actress, who is now recuperating in Mumbai, had gone on a holiday to Krabi with a group of friends. While jet skiing on the ocean, a big wave suddenly toppled Kavita’s jet ski. It flipped sideways, hitting her on the forehead.
Says Kavita, “I fell off my jet ski and it landed on me. The nose of the ski banged on my forehead and there was a deep gash.I kept going deeper, with blood streaming down my face. Since my hand was strapped to the ski, I couldn’t do much. As I was pulled to the surface, I could hear people screaming in terror. I was rushed to a hospital and got six stitches on my forehead. I was so much in pain, I had no idea what was happening.”

Back home in Mumbai, Kavita is undergoing further treatment and will have to undergo a surgery. But she refuses to get affected by the incident. Says the actress, “Tough girls do get hurt. The only regret I have is, I was not able to skydive after this accident. I was really looking forward to it.”
