Tax Directorate General spokesman Wahyu Karya Tumalaka said on Tuesday that the suspect, identified as R, had never paid income tax (PPH) or submitted annual tax declaration forms (SPT).
He said that R, who was questioned by civil servant investigators, was being held at the Bulak Kapal Prison in Bekasi.
