Lesbian arrested after roomie claims she was groped
In a unique development, the Charkop police have registered a case of molestation against a woman. The accused, who is a lesbian, allegedly molested her roommate and took nude videos of her. She was arrested on Monday and remanded to police custody for three days.
“The complainant and accused both allege that the other person owes them money and has been blackmailing them,” said senior inspector Anand Koli of the Charkop police.
The complainant is a student in a suburban college, while the accused freelances as a costume designer with various movie production units.
The complainant said that her flat mate threatened her that she would release nude videos of her if she reported the matter to anyone. “However, I decided to report the matter to the police,” the complainant told the cops.
The accused has told the police that she will be undergoing a sexchange operation in the coming weeks as she has always wanted to be a male. “She behaves as if she is a male and dresses up as a man,” said an officer from the Charkop police on condition of anonymity. In her statement, she has said she is attracted to women.
“But she denies molesting the complainant,” said the police officer. “She says that the complainant owes her money and does not wish to return it. She claims that this is why the complainant registered a false case of molestation against her.”
