Eating right during sehri is key to staying energised from sunset to dawn. Here are a five food items, as compiled from buzzfeed.com, which have the nutrients to keep you at the top of your game during Ramazan.

Have a whole grain toast with almond butter, topped with bananas and chia seeds.

Poached eggs on a pile of green veggies and tomatoes will make you feel vibrant.

A protein smoothie made of milk, yogurt, quick oats, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds and cocoa powder will power you up.

Hard-boiled eggs, a piece of whole wheat bread and a fruit or vegetable – a perfect combo.

Scrambled eggs with spinach and feta, wrapped in a whole grain tortilla will be a trip to heaven this holy month.

hilarious to say the least. For hundreds of years, people in this part of world have been eating parathas, lassis , paya, nihari and Biryani's and 90% of people are on top of the game. The ones who are not are just leading bad life styles and no diet will fix their problems. Any cuisine is determined by geography and weather and hence the type of food we eat. Switching to alien food will not work
