Please shed some light on the kind of space and technology you are working with?

Ghar360 a cloud based product. Here, users don’t have to download any plug-ins or softwares to access our 3D platform which means all the conversion from 2D to 3D happens completely online and that too completed automated. We have developed these using latest technologies (webgl, html5).

Who all are your competitions? How do you stand out?

In India, we don’t have any competitors as per our understanding and study, but there are companies in India who are trying to solve similar problem in a different way. We are trying to solve the problem using the latest technology which is faster and cost-effective which could help the users to fulfill their dream of constructing/buying a home. Typically we see most of the architects and interior designers use high end software’s to do this which requires good knowledge about the software, and means only experienced persons, will be able to use those softwares. However, we have developed a simple and user-friendly platform where even a non-tech savvy person can easily do this.

What kind of customers you have so far?

We have solutions for B2B as well as B2C. We focus on builders, architects, interior designers, real estate agents, brands, real estate portals etc to be our clientele. We have a few paying customers that include some top builders and also some interior designers. We have worked with leading real estate portals like 99acres, Magicbricks- to name a few.
