INDORE: Two minor siblings, who went to graze goats near Makodia village on Friday evening, drowned while bathing in Kshipra river. Their bodies were fished out of
the river around 1.30am on late Friday night.
According to
Kshipra police station in charge Shailendra Mukati, a few hours later the goats returned to the village but Umesh (11) and Rohit (13), both residents of Makodia, went missing.
Villagers went to the river searching for the siblings, but could only find their clothes lying on the riverside.
"It was around 1.30am that both the bodies were fished out," Mukati added.
