INDORE: After having obtained clearance from special CBI court, jail authorities are now all set to shift two key accused in high profile RTI activist Shehla Masood murder case, out of Indore central jail.
Superintendent of Central Jail, Shefali Sharma, said, "We have received written order on Monday from court regarding shifting of key accused in the case - Saba Farooqui and Zahida Parvez." They have written to higher officials regarding the shifting from Indore to either Dewas or Ujjain, she added.

Zahida and Saba had reportedly clashed with fellow jail inmates inside the jail where they have been lodged for nearly two years. Sanyogitaganj police in Indore had subsequently lodged a case on June 13 against two high-profile jail inmates under sections 294, 323 and 506 of the IPC on jail administration's complaint.
Their regular clashes with the inmates forced jail officials to file plea before court to shift them out of Indore jail. Advocate Sunil Shrivastav said most probably they would be shifted to Dewas jail and in case the number of women inmates here is more than its strength then the duo would be shifted to Ujjain jail.
RTI activist Shehla Masood was shot dead inside her car from point blank range right outside her home in Bhopal's posh Koh-e-Fiza area on August 16 in 2011.
