Sanjay, Junghare prop up Indian Gymkhana

NAGPUR: Indian Gymkhana piled up a huge score of 442 for 5 on the basis of excellent centuries by R Sanjay and Viplav Junghare against Mujumdar Cricket Club on the opening day of the final round matches of the fifth edition of MN Dorairajan memorial cricket tournament at the NEHS Reshimbag ground here on Monday.
Sanjay slammed 118 (11x4, 2x6), while Junghare cracked exact 100 (15x4) to provide Indian Gymkhana a solid start.Siddhesh Wath (89 not out) and Kushal Kakad (89) consolidtated the innings further to hammer Mujumdar CC bowling to all parts of the ground.
Tushar Kadu too smashed a swashbuckling hundred to steer Lipton to 287 for 5 against MSSC at VCA Civil Lines ground. Kadu's unbeaten 127 included 16 fours and 3 sixes.
At City Gymkhana ground, Navniketan amassed 426 for 9 against Reshimbag Gymkhana, while Advocate XI made 281 for 8 against Ruby Sporting Club at the VCA Kalamna ground.
