Former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda today announced formation of the executive committee of his newly-floated Haryana Lokhit Party (HLP). His brother Gobind Kanda has been nominated senior vice-president of the party, an HLP release said here.

Jai Singh Bishnoi, Ashok Buwaniwala and Umesh Sharma have been appointed vice-presidents of the party. Former legislator Hari Ram Valmiki and advocate Tej Prakash have been named general secretaries of the HLP. The party has also appointed secretaries and joint secretaries.
