Trap's translator Manuela Spinelli makes her debut as RTE World Cup pundit

Giovanni Trapattoni's former translator Manuela Spinelli has begun a new career as a soccer pundit for RTE's World Cup coverage.
Spinelli became Ireland's most famous translator during Trapattoni's reign as Irish boss.
She joined Richard Sadlier on the couch this afternoon as they reviewed last night's action RTE soccer correspondent Tony O'Donoghue and previewed the Italy-Costa Rica game.
Spinelli became a television star in her own right in 2012 when she learned to play the cello in a few weeks for a RTE show called Instrument.
Her happy demeanour made the 39-year-old an instant hit with Irish fans and there was even a soccer chant created in her honour.
Manuela is a freelance interpreter with over ten years experience in Conference Interpreting.
There was a mixed reaction on Twitter to Manuela's appearance on RTE this afternoon.
